Dr. Kent Doan and his team at Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance were fantastic from beginning to end during my treatment and surgery. I will be kyaking by summer and that was my goal with having surgery. Thank you all!
Each appointment a moth plus waiting just to feel like they checking off boxes instead of really assessing it. Got to say living in pay everyday really sucks would be nice if the months of appointment provided insights but like a said a check marks on a boxes.
Was seen and have been waiting weeks almost a month for anyone to call and schedule it. No one returns calls or answers. I am moving on to somewhere else.
Dr. Doan is very thorough and personal, and always made time to answer my many questions about my surgery. He gave me all of the options and the results / consequences of each. It hasn't been long since surgery, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a personal phone call from Dr. Doan two days after my surgery to see how I was doing. I have a long way to go to rehab, but I couldn't be happier with Dr. Doan so far!
Dr Doan is a really great doctor. Extremely kind, great personality and extremely talented. He is definitely the surgeon you want, if you have certain hip issues! Highly recommend!
