We absolutely love Boozer Dental Works! In over 15 years I have never had a bad experience. Friendly, well trained staff, clean and comfortable environment. It's a hour drive but worth it

we have the same problem. The only thing I have to say is they suck.
The staff refused to answer the phone. I was instructed to call on arrival for a 2 o'clock appointment. When I called I got no answer because they leave the office unattended from 1 til 2. Then the sign on the door sats 1 adult per family they ignored 4 adults walking in with 2 children. When I asked why no ones said anything i was told there was no need to be rude. Staff are not friendly at all,if my kid starts to complain or move they get mad really fast.... not so happy here anymore and it is not the first time
Awesome office! He is so great with kids, his whole office is! We drive over an hour to get treated here!
I like Dr. Boozer but his staff not so much. Very rude and unprofessional. They will not tell you if you have a refund on your account. Watch out and don't get scammed!
I have taken my son to dr boozer for 15 years. I was told each time that he had great teeth and no cavaties. He began to complain about his teeth hurting so I decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out...my son has 18 cavities. Needless to say I am very upset about this. I had him in dr boozers office 6 months ago and was told nothing was wrong. The dentist we now see is excellent. I just wish I would have known sooner. Some of the cavities have been present for a long time.
Boozer Dental Works is a good office but WAY overcrowded we liked the office and love the staff but the waittime is terrible and its one of the most crowded offices that i have ever been in. I think it would be great if he saw a lot less patients or hired another dentist to take half of the kids
