Tried to order parts from the website. The checkout process does not allow you to see the final transaction details such as shipping costs, and taxes. Consequently you don't know what the final cost will be before submitting your order. I called customer support, which lacks the knowledge and power to do anything. They transferred me to another department that never picked up. I was finally able to get them to cancel my order. I am not buying anything unless I know what the final cost will be.
