avoid this unprofessional company at all cost. The appraisal are not experienced and does not equipped with sufficient knowledge for housing appraisal.
Totally and completely inept! Low balled our appraisal and missed obvious features on our house. Missed the new roof, a/c and heating system, new shed, and patio. If your buyer's lender uses this company, drop them immediately and go with a different lender!
From my experience, this appraisal company possesses inadequate knowledge to accurately value homes. In particular to my situation, I had a lack of comparable homes in my area, and due to this, they were obviously ill equipped to accurately value my home. Any good appraisal company would have been able to accommodate and make up for this lack of information with a good and fair valuing method, however the appraiser was not prepared for this and severely undervalued my home. I wish I would have seen this review when writing out my appeal. This company is dismissive, sloppy and has zero regard for the work / clients. Acted like I was an inconvenience from the beginning. It was very apparent they were to busy. Took forever to get ahold of me and then acted annoyed because I couldn't drop everything to accommodate them last minute.
