Kent’s awesome! Been going to him for years and not once have I ever thought “what am I going to talk about with him”. He’s down to earth and has a lot of experience and techniques on how to deal with stress, anxiety, and anger.

Not neurodivergent friendly or very educated on neurodiversity. There was some instances that felt like I was dealing with sexism. I was also shamed for sensitivity, victim blamed... while dealing with multiple forms of abuse, neglect, coercive control, gaslighting. I dont know if he was educated/trained on abusive tactics, knew the signs of these sorts of things, understood trauma bonding.. but I was told I needed to believe what my significant other says in order to make it work & have a "thicker skin".
