Kent helped us navigate some recurring issues that kept resurfacing over the years. With his support, we made a plan to communicate more openly, and make plans that would help us avoid miscommunication or lacking communication. He uses a helpful blend of exploring root causes of behavior, but also encouraging clients to take responsibility for current habits of mind and actions, and make the changes they want to see in their lives.
Kent is an amazing psychotherapist who knows all of his stuff. He provided many useful analogies to help me understand complicated topics in a clear way. Would highly recommend for anyone.
Kent provided me with a lot of knowledge and tools to help me work through a difficult time. He explained methods thoroughly in a way that I could understand them, and helped me to apply them to my own needs. Kent was also very personable outside of the therapy sessions.
Kent was easy to talk to. He gave us the tools which helped us to communicate more effectively. Highly recommended!
