My husband completed cataract surgery on both eyes at the same time with Dr. M. Nguyen at Kensington Clinic about two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. I came to the eye place for help and got laughed at without doing anything i got literally rejected... I couldnt see and was in pain yet they didnt care.. they called my eye doctor place stupid this isnt the experience i wanted ..i just wanted answers but got nuthing. Im never coming back again im really upset with experience and service i got from the doctor and assistant.
My doctor referred me to this clinic for my brain injury that I’ve been dealing with since 2019. I was supposed to see Doctor Lam but they rejected me because I previously saw a neuro optometrist. I am extremely upset because I have been dealing with my symptoms for 6 years and no one can seem to help me. A neuro optometrist and neuro ophthalmologist are two different specialists so I don’t understand why they would have rejected me.
