I've been living here with my girlfriend for about 6 months. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! Sandra and her staff are so sweet and really put in the effort to make us feel at home. Kensington Station is a pet friendly community and dog treats are kept in the office when you bring them by to visit. The area is very quiet and our neighbors are very friendly. We honestly couldn't ask for a better place to live!

So far loving it after a month of living here almost. Everything is in great shape, spacious house! Even a little fenced patio of ur own privacy! It is definitely a great place for my family of 3

I've only lived here for three months, but I love it. You are close to everything in town. Management is excellent. Pet friendly, to say the least. The pool has been filled in and turned into a playground for small children, so the negative review is pointless now. All of our neighbors are friendly.

Great place to live!!! Pet friendly and nice neighbors. The landlord makes sure things are in tiptop shape. I'm extremely happy with our decision to move into this apartment complex. I would recommend to anyone.
If you are looking to rent here and one of the amenities says "sparkling pool", don't fall for it. Part of our rent goes to keeping this pool up, and every year it gets closed down for a few weeks b/c management cannot keep it up to par.
