My lease wasn't renewed after 5 years. My unit was marked for major renovations so I had to move. I wasn't offered to transfer or given any concessions for the inconvenience and expense. This is the very first time I didn't receive a full refund on the deposit. They charged the entire $400, plus $23 more! They said they took photos. I didn't receive any. After researching and visiting up to 30 (or more) apartments in the area surrounding, Kensington Station was a breath of fresh air when I walked in their doors, saw the apartments and talked to the leasing consultant. Tonia Tamayo was so helpful and made our family feel the most welcome. Ana was the leasing agent helping me at Kensington. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the apartments. She was very personable and had a great attitude, which is one of the reasons I am leasing here.

I lived here from 2008-Jan 2012! The property manager Carolyn was always rude to me & very racist! I had to pay them a visit today because I'm moving & something on my credit reporting from them is wrong! I brought in proof to show her that it was inaccurate! All I needed was a simple letter from them stating that what was being reported on my credit was not correct!
