My lease wasn't renewed after 5 years. My unit was marked for major renovations so I had to move. I wasn't offered to transfer or given any concessions for the inconvenience and expense. This is the very first time I didn't receive a full refund on the deposit. They charged the entire $400, plus $23 more! They said they took photos. I didn't receive any.
