Woodah and her team are polite, respectful, and efficient.
My husband and I are military and we lived in these apartments for about 4 months out of our 1 year lease. We ended up breaking our lease because we could not stand all the roaches, unprofessionalism from the office team and how ghetto it is there. The office would dodge peoples phone calls and not answer unless you would spam their phone. There would be trash all outside of the trash cans. I would definitely not recommend living here.
I have been living in Fox Hill Apartments for four months and I absolutely love it. If I have any questions or concerns Stacci in the rental office always answers my questions and is very good at making sure my questions and concerns are addressed and resolved. The maintenance staff is amazing. Alexis the maintenance staff is awesome at doing her job. She is very prompt with getting things fixed. She explains to you what she is doing to fix the problem. I will have lived at Fox Hill Village for 10 years come this November. The staff has always been helpful and have worked with me on many issues. For that alone is why I continue to live here.
