We have only been here for a couple of months, and we have seen and killed cockroaches every single day since moving in. This is not an occasional pest sighting. This is an ongoing, daily problem that has been present since day one. Including bugs crawling on us in the middle of the night. We have repeatedly brought the issue to maintenance and the front office. While they have made efforts to address it, those efforts have clearly not resolved the problem. The staff at Foxhill village was absolutely amazing elionna and Stacci were the greatest help to me getting in to an apartment and making sure I understood every detail. They were very knowledgeable of the whole process and I felt extremely comfortable dealing with them. I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for an apartment
We lived here for one year and had a great experience. The maintenance and office staff were always professional, responsive, and provided services in a timely manner. It is a safe and comfortable place to live in Hampton. We would definitely recommend this community to others.
First of all I have NEVER left a Google review before. But this place is leaving my partner and I traumatized. To try and make a long story short - we were offerred to renew our lease for another year. We respectfully declined and decided to let our lease roll into a month to month because one of us fell ill and had to stop working for a while, and so we planned on moving.
