I usually never feel compelled to write bad reviews but the situation me and my husband have been dealing with is extremely frustrating. We moved in not even three weeks ago and both the toilets in our home broke. The downstairs toilet broke so bad that water started leaking from the base of the toilet and somehow at the base of our stairs as well. Our downstairs had water all over it. Take a moment to read the other reviews too, it's not just me. The leasing office is horrible at communicating and responding with/to their residents. I never hear back from them unless I physically walk into their office, which is closed by the time I get off during the week and closed on the weekends. It takes constant berating to get the leasing office to do anything. Like depending on children to take care of your home. That's me putting it nicely. Woodah and her team are polite, respectful, and efficient.
My husband and I are military and we lived in these apartments for about 4 months out of our 1 year lease. We ended up breaking our lease because we could not stand all the roaches, unprofessionalism from the office team and how ghetto it is there. The office would dodge peoples phone calls and not answer unless you would spam their phone. There would be trash all outside of the trash cans. I would definitely not recommend living here.
