Extra Space Storage took over this location from Cube Smart Storage recently and I have noticed vast improvements on customer service, upkeep, and consistency. The office is also now open 6 days a week which is up from the previous management.
Office is closed on Tuesdays & Sundays. During those times, I haven’t been able to access my unit because their gate is broken. My 3rd time calling & it seems like nobody can answer why do I pay a full’s month rent without having full access to my unit? This makes a week since I’ve talked to someone. First Lady was no help. 2nd lady was ok but then the 3rd (Natalie) seems like she hates her job. I’m requesting a refund.

Friendly courteous service. It is a clean facility, but little room in the parking lot.
The manager was very helpful! Very easy process. Highly recommend!
