Dennis is amazing! Every time we stop by the storage facility, he’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. He’s professional but also super easy to talk to, you can tell he really cares about the people who rent here. Booking a storage space was a smooth, quick, and clear process. Stephen communicated everything very well and went the extra mile to ensure that we are well taken care of and know all the details that we need to know.
Flew in to help my son move out of his dorm - my flight was delayed and arrived to the storage facility at 6:05pm (store closes at 6pm) and I have to express deep gratitude towards the time Cael extended to me - he took his time to assist me with my questions and did not rush me out the door until my concerns were addressed.
