Love the two doctors I see here, they are both fantastic and I’d recommend them to anyone. However, I cannot say the same about the front reception staff. Unfortunately, every time I have phoned or interacted with them face to face over the last 6 years I have found them to be very dismissive, cold and lacking in care and compassion. I’ve also had referrals not be sent through to Dermatology SA twice - very embarrassing to arrive there for my appointment only to find my referral hasn’t been received, when I saw my doctor han... read more
