Bought my 1st. Kensington Blanket at NFR. Had to exchange for bigger size. Had excellent Customer Srv. at NFR & when I had to exchange :) LOVE Kensington Products! I'm a Lifer now. I'll Only buy Kensington NOW! As a matter of fact, just bought a new horse & will be buying new blankets again soon :)
Love the products, love the colors, just wish they made dog blankets small enough for my 3 pound chihuahuas (it's okay, no one does)

I am in the customer service business.... I would just like to say, best customer service EVER!
I would never put any other fly sheet or mask on my horse. And we use it also for sun protection and it makes their coats glow.
Customer service was great. I got my new sheet in the mail and my mare managed to put a hole in it within an hour. I contacted customer service and they were able to send me a replacement. My pony has a sheet from Kensington also that has lasted almost 3 years without an issue. Great quality sheets.
