I’ve loved my Gypsy Gelding’s protective fly sheet. Had him bust a leg strap and called the company to find out if it was under warrantee or how I order some new ones. Customer service was awesome very helpful and had some great tips too on how to help adjust the fit for my short backed guy. Also send a sample of Knotty Horse with my leg straps! That was a great bonus! Thank you Kensington!

Bought 4 blankets while in Vegas had them shipped to me. They are the BEST blankets I have ever owned. The med. weight is not too much for crazy Texas weather. They have not sweated from 20°-70° or gotten wet from heavy rain!
Bought one of the super mesh turnout blankets in nov and the weather just turned and we got a ton of snow. I put the blanket on my horse after riding one night excited to finally get to use it and I went back the next morning and the top chest strap buckle had torn out of the fabric. Very disappointed that my new expensive blanket that I had read such great things about only lasted for one night. Hey Kristina. We are sorry this happened. Please contact our warranty team at info@kensingtonproducts.com, as all Kensington Products come with a warranty. Unfortunately, the office is closing shortly for the holidays, and we will be closed through 1/1/18. Normal business hours will resume on 1/2/18.
