I performed a home inspection for Lee in Washington State months ago for which he never paid. After giving me false credit card numbers & feigning frustration, Lee asked to have an invoice sent for his taxes, and still no payment. I am in contact with an IRS agent in regards to Lee & his tax fraud scheme, so, have fun with that Lee. If this is how a business owner conducts business, I would steer clear of Kensington Properties. Lee is nothing but a two bit crook pretending to be confused.
