This place should be shut down. They have staff there who verbally, mentally, emotionally and spiritually abuse people. The residents rooms are filthy and in poor condition, and I have the pictures 🖼️ to prove it. The air conditioner is inoperative. Some rooms have four people to a room, and the windows are difficult to open, probably that way to ensure safety for the residents, but they will not provide fans to keep them cool. Please everyone, do not allow this place to provide any care for your loved ones! I currently have a relative residing there and they have some staff whom are abusive verbally, physically, mentally and emotionally. This place was recommended to me by a hospital my loved one was receiving care from and I thought it would be a safe environment, however I was wrong. This facility is great. The staff took great care of my uncle after he was released from the hospital. The staff ensured he made exceptional progress each day, leading up to his discharge home. Would recommend!
