Very nice and well kept mobile home park. Lot rent isn't too bad. Pool not as clean this year as previously but overall the staff is really good and keeps the property looking nice. Plenty of children and the other residents are friendly and watch out for all the kids for everyone.
this park does have some issues but it seems like it has been getting better the manager has been getting things fixed and trys to make sure things are done. i hope it keeps up the good work.
What a crappy place ...I was there visiting and heard lots of negativity about the place from several residents..people not watching their children outside ..not good
I have lived here 11 years. It is a well maintained park. Across the road from Beautiful Kensington Metro Park . It is off Grand River near I 96. It is located In New Hudson, Close to Downtown South Lyon .
