I went to pick up SmokeyS order of food food and they got the wrong food. They were kind enough to “comp me” a small bad till they could re-order the right food... I drive down from Penasquitos to acquire the food as I prefer to help out the local businesses vs corporations that carry this brand. I go down every 4-6 weeks to get Smokey his food! Thanks and I will continue to call to make my order for Smokey’s food

I have been in here a few times lately and I love this place! Today was especially wonderful thanks to help and excellent customer service provided by Emily (I think that was her name). I had to return a bag of food that none of my dogs would touch and the exchange was so easy! And she offered me advice on which flavor my dogs would probably like based on their sales of this product. Then when I gave her my sob story about my dog that is dying from a heart condition and doesn't want to eat, she so kindly gave me some samples... read more
Wonderful experience for me and specially for Yoshi (my rescue doggie)!! April was friendly, upbeat and went above and beyond to assist us today.... and Yoshi got extra treats for being so cute! We’re definitely coming back! ����
