I have lived at Kensington Park apartments since 2009.The staff have already treated me fair and been very professional. They are responsible and respectful and very detailed when it comes to services. I have gotten over 3 to 4 friends of mine to move in over the years. Overall lm very pleased with my living arrangements. This is a very nice place to live.
Used to live here because it was cheap, even though the place sucks. It's far from everything, dated and has had maintenance issues since move in that were never addressed. Landlord slapped a notice on my door saying rent was going up 200+ bucks, and for a place with rotting baseboards and bats in the walls it's just not worth it. Found a new place and let them know i was moving, they seemed annoyed that I bothered to call.
If you love a lawless rental, this is your spot .. If you love a blacked out no night lights in dark spots in front of your front door, this place is amazing for that And the best part of Kingston apartments is you can move all your homeboys and free loading girlfriends in that don't have a lease. And they don't have to park in the visitor parking. its awsome especially if they have 4 or 5 cars ...its perfect, and don't worry one bit about domestic violence. You can get arrested every night. Kingston has your back
We just moved here a week ago & have nothing but awesome experience here! Lance the manager is a great guy to work with! Love it here. Fireplace is great along with washer & dryer is phenomenal! Great neighborhood & highly recommended!
