Verified Renter Everyone here is very nice and try to do their best, but the staff (maintenance) is not sufficient. The complex is okay, however it is an older complex which requires maintenance which isn't available and Beztak doesn't care at all. Last year administration was onsite, I tried to voice my concerns, and the senior representative just walked away. He said the person he was with would handle it. Rude, but a good indication of the general attitude of the administration at Beztak.

WARNING - Stay away Old worn out apartments. Terrible management. Smell like pot smoke all the time.

Verified Renter Overall my experience at Kensington Manor is pleasant. The grounds are well kept. My apartment has beautiful updated cabinets and I feel safe thus far. I have good friendly neighbors. The location of Kensington Manor is accessible to many Major roads and freeways.The leasing office agents are always pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Kensington Manor to someone looking for a authentically pleasing and quiet apartment complex. Just pack your patience when it comes to repairs.

Verified Renter I have been living here for 7 months now. It's a nice place, maintenance takes care of any problems in a very timely manner. The grounds are beautiful, and it's very quiet here, at least in my building. I love the washer and dryer in my unit.. The windows and patio door, along with the toilet, could use an upgrade; but overall it's a nice, clean, complex.

Verified Renter Have nothing but positive feedback for the office and management staff. Very professional and kind. I moved in during the middle of the pandemic and could not physically look at my apartment beforehand, but Jacqueline was true to her word and I have been extremely satisfied. All ladies in the office are wonderful.

Verified Renter I love my apartment, but I have been unable to resolve a safety issue. Do not sign a lease without first viewing the apartment. I was not allowed to see my apartment until I had already signed my lease.
