Beautiful place for those final months of a person life. Caring staff and amazing location.
My dad passed away at Kensington Hospice almost a year ago. The quality of care he received while a patient at Kensington was so kind, compassionate and dignified, even when my father himself was not embodying those characteristics. The care and under My sister and I received while there with our father was equally incredible. That entire experience was unlike anything I’d ever had to deal with in life and I don’t know that it would have been bearable without the staff at Kensington Hospice.
This PCU came recommended by staff at the hospital when my mom became ill. However, I can not recommend this hospice. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Most of the staff were cold and uncaring especially the social worker and doctor who oversaw my mother's care. Communication from the entire hospice team to us the family was non-existent.
