The doctors and stuff are amazing. You actually have doctors and staff that listen to the patients and have a conversation with them
Unfortunately, some of their receptionists are prejudice and discriminate against certain patients due to their skin colors, ethnicities, religions, accent, name, or an immigration status. This morning when I was trying to make an appointment with my eye doctor for many years, but, and unfortunately, the receptionist was trying just to make it impossible, and she was pushing me away to go some where else. If you notice from their names, that patients who had a bad experiences with this clinic, are from visible minorities.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Micieli and his team. Dr. Micieli is very professional, thorough, and caring. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during my visits. I also want to thank the resident doctor who initially checked me—she was extremely kind, patient, and attentive. She listened carefully and made me feel at ease right from the start.
