I do not recommend nobody to come live here they have the worst management they don't care about your safety, parking spots are horrible they can't even maintain the pool clean this dog crap all over the property The property always stay dirty and there's more to the story. And is overpriced for the units.And I have people break into your cars. And have a bad power outage in this area. If I was y'all find another place and they have a lot of roaches problems
This is why I give a 3 rating. First, The community is impressive. Good neighbors, no insecurity issues, it’s clean and close proximity to shopping places and downtown However, I have issues with maintenance. When you put in a maintenance request, although they’re quick to respond to the matter, unfortunately the maintenance staff are incompetent, they don’t know how to fix appliances! I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering moving into this apartment complex, now under new management by Mosaic Residential. Today, without any prior notice, people entered my apartment while I was in the shower. They were not staff I recognized but appeared to be outside contractors, including individuals named Karen and Martisha.
