I moved in recently the office & staff have exceeded my expectations. I've had Zero issues with other tenants or issues with personal property! I'm sincerely grateful for finding this spot!!!
It’s beginning to look like the ghetto…trash compactor is always broken and the point that I pay for a garage and towing still hasn’t been in place is absurd and they started this during the holidays…not to mention management is always changing…I use to love my apartments now I don’t know how much longer I will be staying
If I could give them. Negative star I would security is not on top of their agenda a lot of vandalism and theft to vehicles happens here on this property, Beware before you decide to live here!!!
If I can give this apartment complex zero stars I would! Before management change the pools were always open and clean, pest control and valet trash were always on time, and the agents in the leasing office were very sweet and helpful to any issues you may have had. This new management came in and everything went downhill. Its $25 for valet trash and my trash is always being left behind despite putting it out during the scheduled time for pickup.
