I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering moving into this apartment complex, now under new management by Mosaic Residential. Today, without any prior notice, people entered my apartment while I was in the shower. They were not staff I recognized but appeared to be outside contractors, including individuals named Karen and Martisha. They barged in without knocking, refused to shut the door while I was trying to get dressed, and made me feel extremely unsafe. I felt physically threatened — they were aggressive, and ... read more
The apartments here are excellent since I moved here in May everything has been going great. Maintenance always fixes my issues the same day. The office staff is excellent always in a cheerful mood as soon as anyone walks in. Special thanks to the leasing agent who always has answers to all of my questions !! If you needed a sign to move here well here it is (:
