Incompetent property manager
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived here for 3 years, and the experience was awful. LAZY MANAGEMENT. The building has serious issues with rodents, fruit fly infestations, and frequent power outages. Maintenance entered my apartment without consent multiple times. Management was consistently unprofessional — emails from the property manager were rude and dismissive, especially when I asked for clarification about the parking spot I paid for. Security is a problem — laundry, bikes, and parking spots are not safe from theft. There was a ... read more
It's really boring around there which is kind of nice my apartment is pretty clean they're really little though
AZ management is by far the best around. They take very good care of all their properties including their tenants. The maintenance team is excellent and extremely efficient. They have a very quick response time. The property manager is wonderful and really cares about her people. I would never rent from any other company this is by far the best around. Being so close to the lake is a plus. A lot of cool restaurants and places to visit. Also very quiet around here. The carports are very nice it’s definitely worth the price an... read more
