The location of Kensington apartments is very good for Churches, grocery stores, gasoline stations, restaurants, department stores and parks. Laundry facilities in each building. Personnel and Maintenance very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a variety of residence which is very nice. The apartments have good size to them. I am very safe here and you will be too.
Professional management company and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to work with the property manager to provide services needed to complete the units.
VERY BAD RODENT INFESTATION!!! Maintenance repeatedly documenting that they completed a task but never show. Thin floors and walls! The person above you can cough and you’ll hear it. Property manager is as slow as a snapping turtle! Save your money and move elsewhere because you’re basically just paying 1000s to live in Rocky River! These Apartments are definitely not worth the price.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days—highly recommend!
