I've had such a pleasant experience living at Kensington. We've been living here for a little over a year, and Every time we have a problem, management is always punctual as well as, very attentive to our needs. Like every apartment, theres some flaws, But nothing that can change my views for the Managements welcoming nature, as well as the friendly neighbors. I've met some amazing people living here. Nice apartment. Most tenants are friendly & respectful.
Managment does no repairs and there is no parking ever the townhomes are fairly nice but they need updating.
