I would stay away from this place. My friend had front brake pads and front rotors replaced and some parts open up and close a dash vent. It's a total was over $2,100! The owner came up with a bunch of nonsense reasons for the price, she totally got scammed and couldn't do anything about it. The owner didn't even use dealer parts, which is really not a big deal but it also seems like The place goes through different mechanics constantly and there's a terrible cigarette smell in there. so james s writea about kens tire and auto not paying employees and not honest when ken gives things away this guy is not james its an old employee that stold from my shop and sat on his duff and knew not much about cars. he thought he was great and then shows me this by leaving lug nut loose on my friends tahoe and on his test drive lost the wheel and damaged the car. i had to pay to fix along with my insurance and he was charged nothing. so he is mad at being let go just like his last job he got fired, so this is a big fat... read more

Stay far far away. He’s a con man and preys on older people and women. He doesn’t pay employees and has had over 15 different employees in a year. But yet it’s always everyone else’s fault. He’s a narcissist and truly just plays victim in every situation. He isn’t honest. If he was he would have to publicly announce it everywhere.

I am owner of kens tire and auto, I cant see a way to respond again to Natasha so here we are , Natasha s boy friend came to us with an old car and had coolant leaks and an intake manifold that was rotted out and leaking coolant, so to make stop we had to replace all the bad components, her boy friend was shown all the parts on the car and he said fix it so we did, after a few weeks him and her rolled in with an attitude and said car was over heating at stop lights, I looked at car and fan to cool radiator was not working, I... read more

I just moved here and have a car that needs extensive work to pass emissions I found this shop to be the most helpful I have encountered in years and the most honest. Cudos to these gentlemen who are friendly and helpful. They almost make you feel like their family. They are a true breath of fresh air.
