Computer started blue screening so I checked with Master Google and Ken's had decent reviews with emphasis on his integrity. Took it in, diagnosed as a bad bit of code left over from the windows 8-->10 upgrade. It ran all night, so after 24 hours, he gave it back--very decent pricing for the time, labour, and repair. Great, fast and affordable service! I took a MacBook Pro in with a dead hard drive and he was able to replace the hard drive, as well as recover / transfer all of the data, all in one day. Ken even took time to explain stuff to me...perfect! I highly recommend Ken's...he is the best!

I took my touch screen laptop into Ken because of a cracked screen causing the touchscreen to go bonkers.
