I called in dire need of help on my roof. It was leaking and I was having a lot of problems. They took my information and said they would send some one out to take a look and call me back. They never sent anyone and have to this days still never called me back. Unreliable which is exactly what you don't want in a contractor.
Outstanding. Estimator came out quickly after initial contact. Great pricing/no BS. Knowledgeable estimator came out (Craig), and they had a respectful crew out that did the job quickly within a few days, with no mess. I had estimates for the same job that were 2x as much because of estimators lacking knowledge. Highly recommend.
