This guy only works on push mowers. Despite the advertising details online, according to the woman answering the phone, Ken has had some physical setbacks and can only work on simple mowers. Despite all the ads that say to the contrary, Ken does not live up to its billing. Avoid.
I absolutely loved the customer service I received from Ken and his wife. Before I tell you all about how Ken and his wife knocked it out of the park, let me give you some background. I have a Sears Power Washer that is at least 15 years old. I had taken it to a large lawn mower repair shop here in town location on 183. I had to take it back twice because after the first time they "fixed it", when I added gasoline to the tank it leaked gasoline everywhere.
