I have to sing the praises of Ken and Daughter Jewelers in Newberg. I wrote them on Friday to ask if they could polish my wedding ring (it's palladium and scratches, but can be deep polished without harm to the metal). Not only was I called back by the owner, but my ring was restored to its glorious shine and I was charged less than (ahem other jeweler in Newberg I'm not happy with) and told that regular maintenance would be free! Ken & Daughter Jewelers is the only place I go for all of my jewelry needs. They always have a great selection to choose from and have bought many pieces from them. I also take all of my jewelry there for cleaning, repairs as well as taking loose stones so that they can create a one of a kind design for me. They are friendly and helpful and I will continue to visit their shop for many years to come.
Excellent customer service! I came in to get my ring resized with a very reasonable price and they had it done in 1-2 days. But because I was paranoid with it falling off at work I decided on a size too small. I came back to get it enlarged expecting to pay again and they did for me for free, even though it was my fault to have the ring size so small. I was so shocked by their customer service! Edie and her crew hit it out of the park with the redesign of my mothers ring. It is stunning! I am in love with it and will proudly wear it everywhere. Don't go to the big name jewelry stores because ken and daughter jewelers can do anything from loose diamond sales to original designs. My ruby cluster ring, which I had for over 25 years, had been bent, twisted and abused by years of wear. When one of the small marquise rubies was lost I was heart broken, thinking it was possibly not worth repairing. My Daughter knew of Ken & Daughter because they made the custom designed wedding rings for her and her husband. She brought it to them and the result was beyond my imagination!
