Had Sterling give us a second opinion after a large HVAC company that my grandmother has used for years said she needed a new furnace due to what their tech said was a cracked heat exchanger. To be honest the furnace is over 15yrs old, however was working great last year and has been serviced regularly. Sterling and Tristian were great! Very knowledgeable and happy to share it with you. Good recommendations without being pushy or trying to upsell. They were able to come over with short notice and the price was very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them more!
