customer We used Ken's in Perrysburg, for our mothers funeral arrangements, their employee Jesi, was kind and really helpful, she showed us lots of beautiful arrangements to choose from,wanted mothers favorite colors, ..so pleased, just what we wanted, everyone loved them, even the cross was beautiful, the spray was filled with purples, peach, pinks, greens, everything was perfect....Mother would have been pleased..... would definitely use them again.........
Ripped off! I sent a thank you bouquet to friends from Ken's Perrysburg location. It was $50 + delivery. I happened to be there when it was delivered and I have never seen anything so pathetic! It was (at best) $15 worth of older flowers jammed (not arranged) in a small vase. Total value couldn't have been more than $25. A reputable florist wouldn't have let something that looked like that out of their shop! My suspicion is, since I live in California, they thought I would never be the wiser. Wrong!
