They saw my recently widowed step-father coming when they financially dominatrix-ed him and his wallet! I recently got into a DVD that they had transferred for him at terribly terribly lousy resolution. They also put a program on the DVD that made the images show at about 1/4 the screen size! Super lousy quality product - they ripped him off!
photos Kens camera is a nice little store, they have all kinds of camera available similar to the chain "kits camera" but is a single owned small business. They do one hour photo for the same price as anywhere else but its usually done in less then an hour, which most stores you go to alot of times they aren't done in one hour so I wonder why they call it that? But here they are done when they are said to be done! Again since its a small business its a passion and more personable and courteous to returning and new customers ... read more
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! – went in for a lens cover - and actually walked away with a lot more - and no high pressure from ANYONE!! Eric was honest - gave us great information. and did not push us to buy ANYTHING that we did not come in to buy. the atmosphere for the lack of a better word is 'homey' - laid back - and the guy is smart and honest IMHO... i have read the other reviews and do not understand the issues they had - they guy is honest to a fault - so i will not be contacting the other guy @ soccer flicks - must have been ... read more
Beware of Repair Service – Please be aware that Ken's camera repair service is NOT connected with camera manufacturers as I was led to believe, and more importantly is NOT dependable for quality, reliable 1st time repairs. I spent nearly $400 to repair a professional grade camera in what I was led falsely to believe was a manufacturer?s repair situation- however within two weeks of service the camera shows the same signs of disrepair with additional diminished output.
