My experience with Ken's Automotive was lovely! I scheduled an appointment online for my inspection and emissions, dropped my car off at 8am, and it was ready by 9:30am! The cost was presented to me upfront before I authorized work, they didn't try to sell me on anything extra, and I knew exactly what to expect in terms of service and cost. In the past, getting an inspection has been a hassle and an all-day process. Ken's made it quick and easy, and I will definitely be returning for any other vehicle needs!
Great mechanics and a great shop in general. They have helped me with various car issues including replacing my timing belt, alternator, and doing an oil change. I would highly recommend this shop!
Couldn't get my car to start because of what turned out to be a loose terminal to the battery. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. They were so kind and patient with my not knowing car terms and my roundabout description of the problem. Took a look and figured it out in minutes. I would have been grateful even on the best of days but this had actually been a pretty rough morning prior to that point (and they didn't even know this but still treated me kindly). Turned my whole day around!
