Simple Margherita. I actually wanted more of the tomato sauce, which (for me) is a rarity. The crust was that perfectly toothy balance between outside crisp and inside chew. Great atmosphere.
I bought his book on Pizza and made it at home. It was so good I wanted to try it at his own restaurant. Was not disappointed. Calamari appetizer is awesome. Terrific sauce. Crusty and tasty bread. The pizzas were also great. Thin crusted, browned on the bottom. Just the right amount of sauce. Simple pizzas that taste great because you can taste each ingredient instead of a mish mash.
Excellent, unique pizzas and even better service!
Some of the best pizza in town. They have a great atmosphere for dinner.
