Dishonest Company-replaced my Ram with bad Ram Took my computer in for diagnostic, and next day Kenputer called and said motherboard was possibly bad, and they wanted to buy my computer for $75.00 for ram, screen, keyboard. I said no as it was 1 years old and rarely used, and I wanted another opinion. I picked up my computer and immediately took it to another computer company for a second opinion.
