I would not move in my parents or grandparents. Verbal flights with Valley High apartments next door about their kids. They run and play right up next to my windows.
I’ve lived here for almost two years. And I think the first year was definitely better than the second. Management isn’t as good as it used to be but for the price it’s hard to beat. Cons The new manager isn’t very friendly. He sent us a letter saying that this was their second notice of how we didn’t complete paperwork required by the IRS needing us to attend appointments.
