Dina the Property Manger was super kind, professional and easy to work with. She was always available to answer the phone and was incredibly helpful whenever I had a question. Highly recommend this property and working with Dina!
Dina has been such an amazing and helpful manager here at the apartments. Always is on top of everything and keeps the complex up to date and nice! Makes sure we are all taken care of when it comes to maintenance orders. she is also super friendly and its so fun chatting with her. Truly an incredible woman and has the biggest heart!
Dina is amazing! She is very kind, reasonable and has always made us feel comfortable. We moved from a two to a three bedroom because we’re very happy here thanks to Dina.
Stay away! I cannot recommend this place at all. They will nickel and dime you for anything and everything. I’ve lived at way better apartments/complexes, and I have never seen the amount of ridiculous fees this place charges or attempts to charge. Something breaks down? You will be expected to pay for the repairs… insanity. Your deposit? Yeah they will be up charging you premium prices so that you don’t get it back. I definitely regret ever renting at Kenora.
