I had an absolutely terrible experience with Kenona. First off, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance in selecting the right material for my project, they were dismissive and acted like I was wasting their time. When I finally managed to choose the material and place my order, it took weeks longer than promised to arrive. And when it did, it was the wrong size and completely unusable for my project.
