This agency has been providing care for my dad whose paraplegic. We have no complaints. Customer service and Christina are amazing. Empathetic, helpful and goes out of her way to make sure they're providing everything you need. 5 stars you guys. thank you so much. My dad feels well cared for

I can’t begin to tell you just how great my experience was with Keno Home Health Agency was. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed every step of the way. Their staff is knowledgeable ,respectful, and answered any questions I had during my wife’s at home care. From billing to the care itself Keno made my wife’s recovery that much easier. Thank you Keno!

The staff are never untime, they will call to set up appointment for my residents but never show up.most time they call late to reschedule but still not show up.will never use them again very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, we could not find a better home health care for my mother because of her insurance at the time. My mother was assigned a doctor, nurse, physical and occupational therapy by this agency on the first visit. After that first visit the doctor came by once on her own schedule in the evening. We never saw her again and the agency told us she would call us and she never did while my mothers illness and prescriptions were on the line.
