Un-freakin-believable service. Missy remembered my wife and I from well over a month ago. Sylvia talked to us like we were old friends. I want to send my employees here to learn what customer service looks like. Kenny you are doing a great job!! Oh, and the food is amazing too!! We live across the street on Parkside but I would drive hours to eat at one of Kenny's joints. Love it!!! See ya next time around!!!
Great food and service. Carl made an awesome spicy margarita and the smoked prime rib was second to none. Friendly casual atmosphere at fair prices.

Excellent food and service! Make a reservation. The fried chicken tenders are simply amazing! Pork ribs fall off the bone. Get the mac-n-cheese! The turkey BLT was beyond good.
One of my pet restaurant peeves is when the server clears away the first course and sets the used utensils directly on the table for the customer (me) to reuse for the main course. When we went to Kenny's Smokehouse last night, the waitress brought us clean utensils for our ribs (yummy!). She told us it was noted in our 'customer record' that we preferred clean utensils for each course. THIS is good customer service.
Absolutely amazing! We were looking for some great BBQ in Texas and found one! Brisket was amazing and i love the dry rub instead of slahering BBQ sauce all over the meat! Great food and excellent service!
