I was disappointed this time, ordered turkey and it was dry. Expected beef to be dry, so went with turkey, then hear others at table say beef is juicy. My bad. Wish you had baked potatoes.
Best brisket I've had out...generous thick slices...smokey and moist. Salad just okay...could have been colder. Also, would have been nice to have the condiments that go with BBQ. If you're gonna run a BBQ joint, you should ALWAYS have pickles, sliced onions and white bread on the table! Y'all should add seasonal fruit cobbler...that's a menu must have, too.
