Very very disappointed in the service today! Credit Card machine is not working, hasn’t been for two days (per the lady)! My SUV is still flipping dirty, the windows look like they licked them...dash was not wiped off there’s still a shit ton of dirt in my car and this is after I complained and he went back over it!!!! Please don’t waste your money as I did...I’ve been going to Kenny’s Car Wash for years, but I can promise you I won’t be back!!! You Need To Do Better!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN. Half ass work for too much money. Kenny doesn’t exist and / or hates his customers. MILITARY Do not go here friend has warned all of shaw AFB spouses fb groups of their poor service.
Save your time and money, do not go to Kenny’s car wash! They’ll take your money and NOT finish your car, then feed you 100 excuses and keep “trying” to say they want to do it right for you. Had my car for 5.5 hours yesterday to FIX the first time that they didn’t do it right, and I showed up to them just starting to vacuum.... on a full detail. Then, when you try to get ahold of Kenny to get your money back and make this right, supposedly he is never around. Convenient huh! Such a joke, such a disappointment! 😠
