I had compared several HVAC companies and their prices but I found the best deal here. I needed the entire inside and outside unit replaced. They were responsive, courteous, respectful, and clean! So easy to work with. Went above and beyond to get our new system working properly. Even coming over on the weekend with a new part to replace a incorrectly placed one. Months later I called with a filter question. And again they worked hard to help me. I can not say enough good about this local company!

Kenny's home comfort is best AC company in northern Virginia area without a doubt. They were available immediately and followed up with me to ensure I knew what time technician would arrive. June, the woman who answered the phone was responsive , caring, and very courteous. Kenny arrived and was awesome. He diagnosed the problem. Excellent service all round from these guys. We had a mini split system installed. Kenny provided a high standard of customer service at our initial appointment that no other company we met with was able to provide - This really was the reason we went with kenny's home comfort for the install.
Great communication from Co. after booking as well as before scheduled service with name and photo of Tech coming to the house. Direct communication from Tech on ETA which was nice. Kenny was very knowledgeable and communicated all necessary service/problems needed. Had access to answers to all my question immediately if he didn't have them himself and knowledge of the warranty of my units which was very helpful. Parts ordered and installed the next day!! Highly recommend this company!
I ended up calling several of these people/companies - thank you all! One that I called, Kenneth W Carter of KENNY'S HOME COMFORT immediately had his office address my online inquiry and he immediately called to see if they could be of service. While he was in the middle of something he set up an appointment, worked around our schedule and came as soon as possible due to the heat being an extra health concern for family members.
