I received a bill for 262 dollars for them to tell me my microwave was bad. I was told my bill would have been 120 in the winter but since traffic was bad it’s 262. I don’t care to pay someone for their time but 140 extra for driving is a slap in the face. I would not recommend them to check a plug or anything else for that matter!!!!

Talked with the office staff to get an estimate several times. Get the same run around every time. Someone will get back with you for the estimate. Never hear from them again, no phone call back. Guess they are too busy to bother with the locals. When the rush from the storm is over and they need local work again I hope they remember the folks they left hanging cause I will sure remember them.

This company and the office staff as well as their professional electricians as well as Kenny himself are #1 in our book. Special thanks to Brandon for working through all of our issues. Inspections passed Bay County and that shows they are who you should use!

I am totally pleased with the work that was performed. Not only the professionalism, but the fact hat the entire team that makes up Kenny Strange Electric was a pleasure to deal with! Front the ladies in the office that initiated my phone call, to David which provided me the quote...Kenny for assisting after hours and Duffy for performing the work....I am totally pleased!
