auto tags ladies are slow and lazy
RecommendedThey were pretty quick when it came to initial registration, however I need someone to message me about an issue I cannot come into the facility for since I'll be out of state for a short period of time. Registration expired on the 31st of August. Tried NUMEROUS times to renew through the State. Said it cannot verify my insurance, which I have paid every month, on the dot for both my vehicles. I have the correct numbers it asks for, for my insurance and yet it cannot verify it. What gives?
Extremely unprofessional people. They don’t value anyone else’s time and even when it’s their mistake they try to blame it on someone else and you have to waste more of your time for their mistakes. I waited up there over 2 hours to get my license renewed the first time and wouldn’t you know it they messed up on my address and 30 days later I went back up there and waited over 2 more hours, only for them to tell me I would have to wait the rest of the day and May or may not get my license!!!!!! Your agency is lazy I called to get a quote to see how much it’s gonna cost or around amount to get my car tags and you can’t even give me one over the phone I’m not coming up there risking driving with no tag if I can’t afford it you have horrible customer service you answer the phone saying hello instead of saying what company you are it’s very unprofessional I definitely will not be recommended you to anybody
