Kenny Realty has been wonderful ever since they took over our property management about a year ago. Wow, Kenny Realty blew my service request out of the water. I was having issues with a sewer leak under our home and they were super responsive and addressed all of our concerns within a timely manner and the timeframe they said it would be taken care of. This was my 3rd service request since living where we live and everything has been handled quickly and professionally. Great property managers!!!
Kenny Realty has been my property manager for several years now they are attentive. They manage my rental my repairs. They answer my questions. They do an annual reviews of the property and when needed they help find quality tenants and provide excellent bookkeeping.
