From the first time I met Kenny he was extremely professional. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area. Kenny communicated very well via email and text. Kenny also responded promptly to any queries that I had. Throughout the sale Kenny maintained his positivity and was always present for viewings. I have bought and sold close to a dozen properties using many brokers. I would say Kenny’s excellent market knowledge and deep network gets his buyers access to the best priced deals better than any residential broker I have worked with in the past. His persistence in working through difficult contract issues was instrumental in closing on a property I just closed at a price which was 30% below market value.
