My family and I have worked with Kenny on several residential/commercial properties. Kenny has always been communicative and detail oriented. We have recently closed on a commercial property in Weston that has been very demanding. Working with us as the seller with demands and them as the buyers was challenging but he gone the job done and all parties were happy with the sale. We would definitely recommend him & his services. Please think twice before you hire this unprofessional agent to sell your property. After I made an offer for a property which he is the listing agent, his response: "Don't waste your time with this stupidity." I am not sure where and how he was trained. Good agents will keep the deal alive and get buyers and sellers to counter not tell them to go to hell! The real estate market in Miami is currently very challenging, and Kenny did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. He provided a solid strategy and supported me with multiple requests while I was out of town.
