Service work done a 2025 Camry with 5k miles and nothing noted on customer copy of what was done, had a slow tire leak and stitching in front seat never gave me an answer if warranty would cover or not. Plus left message with service department and no call back from them. Disappointed
I’ve been a Toyota customers for 20 yrs. I own a 2022 Highlander that by my TOYOTA expectation is a lemon. The lift gate motors failed and now a strange thumping in the rear. I was concerned about the all wheel drive so I took it in. I have the extended warranty. The noise was a loose back seat bracket. Because it wasn’t a part failure (an assembly defect) I had to pay for the service. That third row has been used maybe three times. Not my fault the bracket came loose.
