Listen guys. I know I work at Toyota so the bias for the product may exist, but that doesn't mean my experience is going to be great. That being said, for the second time, it was absolutely perfect. Steven Shutz is the utmost professional. This is the second Toyota I've bought with him. The first was a 2017 Tacoma (it was the perfect truck, but an idiot wrecked me and totalled it). We just purchased a new Tacoma. The sales and service staff had everything ready as promised. Good company to do business with.
Excellent sales person , but sold me a certified car with bad rotors and defective front seats . Do Not buy from this dealer without test driving the car. Even as a certified car they do not properly check the car or they pass things to the buyer that should have been corrected.
I met Steven Shutz on the lot as I was looking at a line of Tacoma's. He asked how I was doing, and I thought "Here we go, I don't need a sales pitch, I don't need to hear how this is the last one on the lot....". I received none of that. I must say it was the smoothest vehicle buying process I have ever been a part of. There was no pushing products and the choices were mine to make. If he is there when this Tacoma needs traded in, or my soon to be driving child needs a vehicle, I will be asking for him specifically.
