Trying to get someone on the phone for service is a disaster. Very frustrating. I’ve been transferred around 8 times and now I sit listening to an automated voice and pressing options on the keypad that it is not recognizing so it keeps repeating. I spoke to 3 live people as they transferred me around to finally end up in this circle of talking to a robot who doesn’t understand.
I found my vehicle online, communicated with the internet salesperson, she pointed me to a showroom salesperson, I came in got an offer for trading in my 23 YO Tacoma, came back took a test drive and purchased a new Tacoma.

After my car was totaled due to the recent hail storm that hit Owensboro I need a new car. I went to several lots and wasn't greeted by anyone and most of their vehicles were overpriced. My last stop was at Kenny Kent where I was immediately greeted by Roger. He was patient,kind and understanding of my situation. He and Jeremy quickly did my paperwork to get me in a new car. I'm so thankful for them! If you need a new car ask for Roger. You won't regret it!
