My wife and I just bought a new Rav 4 from Kenny Kent Evansville this weekend. The whole experience was great. Our salesman Jared Shockley was excellent. By far the best car buying experience we have had. The vehicle was fair priced and Jared hats off to you. If I could my wife and I would give you a 10 for how you treated us. . Nena and Daniel.
Quite frankly I’m disappointed. My husband got a vehicle under the pretense that it was a good vehicle. After getting the vehicle home we discovered the transmission was slipping. Now when we call to speak with someone regarding the vehicle we reach answering machines and rarely speak to anybody. This is frustrating and disappointing
Parts department is very helpful. Service department, not so much. edit: Multiple calls for service and no answer. I guess Uebelhor Toyota is our new dealer
If you’re buying a Toyota and it’s not from Steven Shutz… you’re doing it wrong.
