We have been with them going on 6 years, including a move to a different rental. Everyone in their office and on their staff is amazing. We have had some repair issues and they always handled it as fast as the homeowners would allow. The application process is easy and so is the rent payment and maintenance request process. Thank you!
they stole 50 dollars from me. I filled out a application for an apartment and was approved. even after I looked at it. they said it wasn't move in ready. I waited about month a a few days before they called me to tell me that it was ready. Charged us for repairs that never happened. Found out when we went to sell our home. Services we paid for while the home was leased were never carried out or were only “fixed enough” to go away long enough for us to forget we’d already paid for said repairs....horrible communication as well. No continuity with KPDD employees. Their maintenance people did more harm than good for our home. Dishonest.
Update coming soon!!! I don’t want to bad mouth them without allowing them to correct it.
