Horrible company I do not recommend. Emergency maintenance is a circus.

We have been with them going on 6 years, including a move to a different rental. Everyone in their office and on their staff is amazing. We have had some repair issues and they always handled it as fast as the homeowners would allow. The application process is easy and so is the rent payment and maintenance request process. Thank you!
they stole 50 dollars from me. I filled out a application for an apartment and was approved. even after I looked at it. they said it wasn't move in ready. I waited about month a a few days before they called me to tell me that it was ready. I got to the office to check everything out they told me it still wasn't ready. another month went by before they called to be it was ready again. went to the apartment and they gave it someone else even after I gave them a deposit. when I told them someone was living there they didn't ev... read more
Charged us for repairs that never happened. Found out when we went to sell our home. Services we paid for while the home was leased were never carried out or were only “fixed enough” to go away long enough for us to forget we’d already paid for said repairs....horrible communication as well. No continuity with KPDD employees. Their maintenance people did more harm than good for our home. Dishonest.
Do not do business with this company. Terrible service. Do not get back to you. Not to be trusted.

Was recommended this company after speaking with the **************************************** Turned in an application on 05/03 and was told it would take three business days to process my application. Called back 5 business days later and was told they were waiting for a response from the home owner about my dog. Waste of money & time Don't waste your time or money!!!! My husband and I are renting a house and or having noting but trouble with these people. Every month its something new; with them charging us fees for noting!! I gave them money orders and I end up getting return check fees and late fees; really!! And I'm always having to call and leave voice mails with no return calls just to figure out why they are charging us.
