Warning From a current tenant - Do not do business with Kennington Commercial or subsidiary company Thirty-Four Commercial property management. We have been a Tenant for 3.5 years. Initial lease ended ~6 months ago when we (unfortunately) extended it for an additional 3 years. In the initial 3 years we never contacted them for any service and never missed a payment. Great people and company. High integrity management and business. Would definitely recommend them for all commercial property services.
Do not rent from this company, Extremely poor management, no respect or regards for their clients. Majority of the management staff are rude with terrible communication.
